Google User Data

Dowgo offers optional integration with Google services. When you connect your Google account, the following applies:

Data We Access

When you authorize Dowgo to connect to your Google account, we request access to: (1) your Google account email address, to identify your account; (2) read-only access to your Google Drive files and folders, to allow you to browse and import documents into your Dowgo dataroom.

How We Use Your Google Data

Your Google data is used exclusively to provide the features you explicitly enable. Your email address links your Google account to your Dowgo profile. Files you choose to import from Google Drive are copied to your secure Dowgo dataroom. We do not access files or folders you have not explicitly selected.

Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted in our European infrastructure. Files imported from Google Drive are stored in our secure AWS infrastructure hosted in France, with ISO 27001 certification and DORA compliance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your Google user data to third parties. Your data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the services you requested. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect your Google account from Dowgo at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection, your OAuth tokens are immediately deleted. Imported files remain in your dataroom until you delete them or request account deletion.

Your Rights

You may revoke Dowgo's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). You retain all rights over your Google data as specified in Google's Terms of Service.
